Insomia marathon

Yeap..insomia..not actually the real sickness..its just im finding it hard to sleep early these few days..two days in a row i slept at 3 am..never have i done that two straight nights before..couldnt sleep..and what did i do??? Facebook in the living room..spotting the difference to be exact..erm..i've got some catching up to do because my score went to zero again..

As for now..im sleepy..yawning..but i have the reluctancy to sleep early..tho i know i have the option to..but somehow my body and mind resist it..lets hope it wont be a third straight night..

Nothing much to blog thesee few days..hmm.. but i know i miss Teddybear so much!!

  1. Sleep insomnia is relative to individuals, saying it's not insomnia if your biological clock works that way. In any case, sleepless nights may also be caused by the depression, stress, and if you think too much about a subject.

    Relax and sleep is the best way to go early. Think nothing and soon it'll hit. If you want to reset your biological clock, sleep early - whether you want to or not - and soon your body will adjust. Too many late nights and your body might adjust the opposite also. Your reluctance to sleep early may also be the problem: As stated 'stress, thinking too much about a subject'

    It's always better to sleep before 12AM. No caffeine, no bedtime snacks, and keep your (empty) head empty and you'll go real fast. If all else fails, then hit yourself with a brick and you'll see stars before you go. I can volunteer for that...since we're such good friends:)
