Yeap..so much for the msian rules..rules are there to be broken..rules are everywhere..well..rules are just plainly rules if there is not enforcement..i can just say.."Hey peeps, new rules for this area, nobody but me can own two cars"..but who would give a damM if it were to be just orally said..it has to be enforced tho..but not all rules can be enforced.. the pic below shows one cant do anything..but to allow this to happen..yellow is the royalty colour..so its the royalty box???
